1. What do I need to bring?
  • Water bottle and snack (please NO NUTS, as we are a nut aware camp)
  • Sunscreen, hat and/or rain jacket, depending on weather
  • Running shoes
  • Athletic Clothing (must be suitable for running, jumping, and kicking)

2. What happens if it rains?

Rain (and mud!) is part of the camp experience and something all superheroes need to overcome. Please make sure your child has proper rain gear so they can stay comfortable during camp.

4. What do kids learn?

Kids work every day to improve super 7 skills through targeted skills and sports challenges: Locomotion, Balance, Throwing, Catching, Agility, Kicking, Hand-Eye coordination! These skills are essential to many sports including football, archery, baseball, gymnastics and more.

5. Is there an all day option?

Yes, most locations offer a combo camp, to pair your Heroheads Multisport Camp with a Pedalheads Bike Camp. This runs 9:30am-3:30pm or 8:30am-2:30pm, depending on the location. Camps starting at 9:30AM will also have the option to add on early drop off (8AM) and/or late pick up (5PM).

6. Can my child register with a friend?

Of course! Just add a note with your child’s registration during the online process, or by giving out office a call at 1-888-886-6464. While requests cannot be guaranteed, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

7. What is the ratio?

2 instructors for up to 10 kids.
